This is Deobi Punjabi. The 'wa' is from Gurdaspur area. Amritsar and Lahore to Eastern Jhelum to Sahiwal is Majha Punjabi. This girls family will have migrated after 47 most likely Hoshiapur area. Majority of the Faislabad area are people who settled from East Punjab after 47.

Yes that's true, my ancestors also moved from hoshiarpur to Faisalabad and we speak punjabi in exact same manner.

Makes sense. My grandparents were from hoshiarpur. My family has has lived in america for 20+ years and all our punjabis are like aisha. My family in pakistan was shocked that we spoke such good punjabi.

General Bajwa there are many dialects of Punjabi...there’s no such thing as real or fake Punjabi...the same way English is spoken differently in different countries.

I'm not sure where is she from in Pakistan, but Anamm's from faisalabad, and the haiga/haigi accent is quite common in faisalabad, because majority of people who migrated to faisalabad from jalandhar/hoshiarpur/ludhiana.

@@pmcwatch8354 yes its called DOABI accent. Faislabad and Toba tek singh of Pakistan is in Doaba and on Indian side Jalandhar,hoshiarpur and kapurthala is in Doaba..And yes we speak the best punjabi :) BECAUSE im from jalandhar

I really enjoyed this. I'm a punjabi guy. And I'm from the UK. And it is so good to hear brit punjabi how I would speak it. And you girls brought happy tears to my eyes because I come from a family of 16 mixed sikh and Muslim first cousins and I am the only one that can speak punjabi. No one else can speak it. I would love to do a video with you girls. Maybe a shopping spree. Speaking punjabi. It would be so much fun.
