Well, your vision is the same as the average person, they’re about $70-$100 a pair, it’s harder to put on makeup due to not being able to see without them, etc

i’ve been wearing glasses since i was a very young child, around 5 or 6, and i’m in my 20’s. it’s definitely not a win-win. putting on makeup takes forever for me because my vision is so bad, i can’t do my makeup in a normal mirror. i have to use a compact mirror and hold it inches from my face to see what i’m doing. not only that, but if you have high prescription like me and no money to pay for thinner lenses, it makes your eyes look funny and shrunken. 💀 the coke bottle effect with glasses is real.
