I know it's been awhile, my illness has been pretty bad and then just as I was about to restart filming I hurt my shoulder and had to wear a sling, such bad luck and typical ha! If I couldn't laugh about these things, I'd only cry! But I hope you like this one, it's very long, might be the longest video I have ever uploaded but I hope you like it!

This was a great video. After reading you have been ill, my heart goes out to you and I wish you a complete recovery, and that your back to your healthy self very soon. I thought the length of this video was perfect for what you had to teach us. I enjoyed your teaching style so much. I just happened across your channel this morning, and I’m so glad I found you. You’re not into selling product, which is so refreshing, and you use a modest hand when applying your makeup. I need to learn the basics for these days. I’m older and have been applying my makeup from past years methods. I finally opened my eyes and looked around to appreciate there are new ways and products out there that I’d love to use, but need guidance. Your style of teaching is thorough and easy to listen too..well paced. Thank you for all the effort you put into this tutorial, too.

Sinead, don't fear the lash lift. It is a game changer. I have stick, straight lashes. I have to curl them with an eyelash curler and then a spoon followed by Japanese or Korean mascaras as they are the only ones that hold the curl. After doing my first lash lift years ago, I have not looked back. Saves A TON of time. Follow your lift with the DHC eyelash tonic to keep them healthy and nourished.

I would love a video about wearing makeup with glasses… I can’t seem to get the balance right behind the glasses…. If that makes any sense? The blush placement always seems off and I can’t get my eye makeup to look right… too much of an eye look is way to heavy but a simple mascara looks like something is missing… help 😂

I guess the order of importance for me, just in case I would need to flee out of my house without advance warning, is: - Eyebrows - Lips (a gentle amount) - Eyelashes I must confess to a freakish fear of eyelash curlers. 😅 I am lucky that I do not have stick-straight lashes. I loved your tips about looking in the opposite direction when tight-lining. I am a horrible cook, but I need to try your "microwaving" recipe. I wish you all the best! p.s. those blenders are so fun!

I was afraid of eyelash perms too! But found Luxe and it really works!! I have super straight lashes (and short) so I used the tightest curl but they literally touched my upper eyelid for weeks! My curl lasted almost 6 weeks. Looks natural & the darkening stain makes them look fuller too. Totally a fan! It took me twice to achieve best results cause I didn't follow directions exactly to a T but now...I love it! ❤️ I can also use mascara if I want a dramatic effect😊

I like to try the microwave powder technique tip. In a rush I usually use a glow foundation from L’Oréal brighten and makes be feel like I got a sun kiss look. So great having you back giving amazing tip 🙏🏻❤

I have to have mascara on and some concealer around my eyes and a little blush as my minimum if I am wearing makeup. I also love tight lining my upper lashes! Your look is fantastic, I will have to give microwaving a try too!

Feel better. I really liked it. I’m going to try your mascara technique. Interesting. I also like to use a tinted sunscreen with a light brushing of setting powder for my quick base natural makeup days. My eyes are my best feature. So I’m never without mascara. I have very light colored lashes, so I look ill without a brush of color on my lashes. My must haves are mascara, tinted sunscreen, and lip balm/oils. I’m loving the makeup by Mario lip balms as of lately.

I just love videos like this it's like speed up but take your time I feel like nowadays everyone needs a shorter routine back in let's say 2019 I was spending an hour on a full face of makeup now I don't have the time or patience or willpower in my back to stand long enough to do that so thank you for all these tips and tricks. Great first point… for me it’s my complexion makeup. As I’m more mature… I feel my skin isn’t as beautiful as it used to be😢 That being said… I’m still a “skin tint” kinda gal🤷‍♀️ I don’t typically like “full coverage” makeup (just doesn’t look good on me), I feel like I’m wearing a mask😂🤣. Now, I’m talking not just foundation, I feel “done” if I’ve got the bronzer, blush, concealer part on too. My eyes, lips, brows can take a backseat as long as my complexion is on point❤
