I learned a lot from this video, but I mostly just wanted to say that seeing another person like me (wonky blood pressure and all) makes it all feel much less lonely. We exist, this is normal life for us 💜 Also, I don't have a decent swimming emoji for some reason, so here's a cute tropical fish instead 🐠

I like WetnWild, they have a good range of shades that aren't too expensive, you can see some here : kzread.info/dash/bejne/h2Wb1q2YhpaYg6w.html Also MAC is a good go to, very similar quality to MUG, hope that helps!
