I don't comment much on youtube, but I was blown away by the work you guys are doing and I had say this. Apollo is doing amazing work and thanks to Dr Sid for this type of selfless service you're doing to us. As a 30 year old who is struggling to prioritize my health, your videos are fantastic. That being said, i want doctors or ceos like Dr Satya to correct things at the roots. There are so many doctors whom i have encountered who do not do their jobs properly. For example, my grandma died because she was not diagnosed of the disease earlier on even when we had the reports with us. The Dr was just negligent. This happened in Apollo itself. I have no proof against anyone so couldn't do much. There are so many cases that my family has experienced where the Dr is not even reading the reports properly. I hail from bangalore and i think the situation here is much better than the northern India. This discourages the youth to believe in preventive health care. I think people like Dr.Satya can correct this.

Wonderful details about stuff that we ignore daily. The 80% full stomach rule seems very basic but powerful way to control obesity IMO. Thanks dr Sid and Sathya ma'am.

For heart, she mentioned Cardiac screening with blood pressure measurement, ECG and 2D Echo For lungs, based on a physician’s check up, they may advise chest X ray and / or Spirometry test. But this differs from patient to patient.

Half the podcast seemed like marketing strategies by Apollo hospitals. Very few points were informative.. You make good content doc but be mindful when you call people or dr associated with such big hospitals. They end up sounding like a marketing person .
