I make photo booth props for our church events. The ones I made earlier this year, I used layers of thin cardboard, like cereal boxes, to get the strength. For printers, I would HIGHLY recommend an Epson Eco-Tank. No cartridges to keep replacing and the inks last a LONG time. I DIY a lot of printables (cards, paper crafts, etc.) and I've only had to add ink to the tanks TWICE for each printer in a YEAR! (I have two Eco-Tanks; one for sublimation ink) Thanks for your tips and ideas!

I never and I mean never comment on KZread videos but this was so worth it. You laid it all out for us and made it so simple to make your own props. Thank you sir!

I use a hot knife on the foam board but haven't used it on the plastic yet!

Hey I just want to say thank you for the video and I don't know if this would be helpful but maybe a scroll saw with a fine tooth blade might be handy for your thicker material
