The only reason why I couldn't add one to this was just me being a novice enthusiast; I looked into pockets tutorial, and they were quite complicated for my level at the point I made this. It depends on your waist radius, so I can't give out the specific number. Here's how to calculate the total length of the frills: 1. Calculate how many tiers you'd need by dividing the desired length of your skirt by 2 inches. 2. Calculate each tier's finished length; 1st tier would be π*r, 2nd tier would be π*(r+2 inches), 3rd tier would be π*(r+4 inches),... nth tier would be π*(r+(2*(n-1) inches)). 3. Add all of the finished length measurements of step 2, and multiply it by 4.
