This is amazing.But if you reshape the parts under the eyes i think you will get a more accurate prop but aside from that it is an amazing build. Keep it up!:)

I love that you have made this template for a non-creative person such as myself. I purchased the template because I wanted to make it for a cosplay and was wondering if this was able to be painted, and if so, would I need to take any different or additional steps?

Yes of course you have to print them, that's the way they work 🙂 in the templates folder you downloaded there is a text file named "Read Me" that explains how and a few other important things, don't hesitate to have a look at it as it is primordial for you to start the build on the right foot. Also don't forget that while you get many additional instructions on the templates, it is also required to follow all instructions from that tutorial video, both are necessary for you to achieve that build with the best result possible.🙂

Thank you! Well painting the props is not really a thing on my channel as in my opinion cardboard is not ideal for paint jobs. But if you want to paint it I recommend you to use acrylic paint as it is a thick and opaque type of paint as opposed to water based paint that will soak the cardboard leading to very poor result 😉

Hey there! Thanks for checking out my tutorial. If you're looking for measurements, you won't find them because I've designed the templates to be printed at 100% scale, which means they're life-sized. In the folder you've downloaded, there's a file called "read it" that contains all the essential information. I also explain the first steps in my tutorial videos. So I intentionally don't provide precise measurements as achieving this level of accuracy with measurements precise to the millimetter would be a nightmare to implement. Instead, I recommend using the templates as they are and following the visual guides and instructions provided. It'll make the process more manageable and ensure a great result. Enjoy crafting! 😊📏✂️

​@@AnthonyBissell Oh sorry, It seems there was a bit of confusion, I thought you were talking about another part of the helmet, my mistake. Regarding that specific piece of the helmet, and in general when there are no templates or sizing mentioned in the video, it means that the size doesn't matter much. In that case you can approach it by cutting the piece a bit longer than you anticipate needing. Then, simply position it at the bottom of the triangle on the mouth section, and you can visually determine what needs to be trimmed to fit perfectly. It's all about customizing it to suit your unique project. If you have any more questions or run into any issues, feel free to ask. Happy crafting! 😊📐✂

I bought this template and would like to use the svg file to cut using my cricut. What size should I cut the pieces out? I noticed they didnt upload into design space at the correct size..

The templates and the SVG files are in life size so you have to print or cut them at 100% of the scale for you to get the pieces at the right size. But of course feel free to lower or higher that percentage if you want to make the helmet smaller or bigger ;)

How would you go from the cardboard paper mache to a painted finished look? Spray paint? Acrylic? Do you sand it? Heavily clear coat?

Spray can or acrylic both will work very well, as long as you're not using a heavily water based one, you're good to paint the helmet directly on the modelling paste, (no paper mache in that case) I've done it several times, like for my new Mandalorian helmet, or my Bokatan helmet. You'll find these tutorials on my channel too. Just be careful to remove as much imperfection from the modeling paste as you can while sanding it as it matters more here than with the paper mache technique.

Super Travail vraiment beaucoup de détail etc... Bien jouer 👍🏻

Well you have to know that it is very difficult to explain how! Creating these templates is in fact the actual build like 70% of the job, the tutorial videos are just the tip of the iceberg where I show you how to assemble the pieces. So I will explain how I make these templates in several videos where I would details the process using tricky softwares and such, but I'm not sure how to do that yet. Maybe I will make a series of video one day where I show you how to make them, but as I said don't expect a single quick 20 minutes tutorial video 😅

I have, actually there is a text file name "Read Me" that you download with the templates that explain how to do it, but basically to do so you just have to divide the circumference of your head (above the eyes) by mine which is 23 inches, that's gonna give you a decimal number like 0,86 for instance, and that is the percentage you have to print the templates out from your computer to make it a perfect fit for your head, in this case you would have to print them out at 86% of the original size 😉

If I could explain that in an easy way, I would have done it in the videos already! But maybe I will make a series of video one day where I show you how to make them, I still have to figure out how though.

Looks great, not perfect mainly just slightly off looking face, mainly the angle is all, but close, and the small details are amazing. Literally better than things like Blacks Series helmet, and some props. Great work!

You could try with velcro, it should work pretty well I think :)

You should make a v47 flatliner. It is a really cool gun from a game called titan fall and it is also in apex legends. It would look so cool.

But here's the thing: my channel is mostly focused on movies and TV shows, so I don't usually make things from games. The sunglasses I made from Apex Legends were a fun exception! However, I appreciate your enthusiasm, and who knows, maybe one day I'll surprise everyone with a movie-inspired creation that includes a cool futuristic gun like the V47 Flatliner.
