Ingredients for 1.5L coffee ice cream.
1 l whole milk
500 ml culinary cream (at least 35% fat content)
300 g granulated sugar
3 pieces of vanilla pods (preferably Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar).
the marrow of the vanilla pods
200 gr whole coffee beans (100% Arabica - deca is also possible)
12 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant coffee
