It's unfortunate that Photoshop doesn't have a tiling feature, but Illustrator does! It also works to save the image as a PDF, then open it in Acrobat/Reader and print it as a banner, which automatically tiles it properly across sheets so the printed edges line up if you trim or overlap the margins. Similarly, many moderm printers have a tiling feature built-in to the print options dialog (some even include a check-box for printed tick marks to line up the prints!)

Looks like something you'd see in a lawyers office. I like the idea of the insulation, I've used foam board and even with the sharpest knife, it doesn't cut well at all. I never even thought of using a jig saw. Might have to get mine out lol.

Yes try xps insulation, cuts way better than normal styrofoam insulation even with just a box cutter

I would be amazing I'll make something like that for myself. In the music I'm hearing sounds like being at an airport. Which makes sense because this is stuff you see in airports.

Really cool idea Drew. I think sanding and a little less gloss would look slightly better but overall a very nice result.

Very Cool. I've never thought about using XPS Foam. I didn't realize it could be sanded like that.

Wow.. i have tons of this insulation due to working on a 3d aquarium build, i was bummed out because i don't have a CNC or high laser cutter to do any of these types of projects, never would of thought about how clean this is and especially not even having to use wood. GREAT WORK! my only two cents is that i found that using a Cricut vinyl cutter (if you have one) makes it easier to create that stencil so you don't have to do to much and just stick it on the pink foam before cutting. oh btw sub'd from your brother down south in Texas! lol.

This is a great little video.... BUT.... Don’t you notice something VERY STRANGE about the engagement your videos are getting...??? I’d have to know a little more to be able to say what the reason(s) could be, but if you’re seeing this - DEFINITELY look into it... this is not normal
