Another excellent tutorial man .. You rock ! I felt like I was there for a moment looking at your edited footage, you captured the atmosphere exceptionally well
Excellent and practical advice. These are the types of photography tips more novice drone pilots need to know about. Well done.
Recently picked up the Mavic Air 2 - and getting into making my own vids. Thanks for the tips!
Super helpful, thanks Jeven! I have been watching lots of your videos lately and you have just won a new subscriber :)
Thanks for all the great content Jeven! I have learned so much from your videos!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
love your work mate! always easy to watch and very professional
Great stuff. Learned so much from watching your channel. Learning how to fly my ma2, shoot vids, and post. I love this hobby.
Great stuff! Looking forward to getting better drone video skills, and this was super straightforward and helpful.
Wow - So. Much. Talent. Super articulate. Content is 100% towards shooting, correction and coloring - maybe the best 11:04 on the subject on KZread (yes, the ‘whole’ KZread). Thank - You - Jeven!
Dude - this was so good! I clicked to learn more about the Mavic Air 2 - but the color grading info was gold. Your idea of creating vignettes that don't affect the highlights - awesome. 👍
I really like the last part of the before and after! Great tutorial, appreciate it!
Great video. I’m just getting started with drones and editing. This helps a ton!
Love the opener. Looks like you’ve been to Italy. Beautiful!

great content, my random youtube searches keep taking me to your videos. thanks again for your tutorials
Well done my friend. Some of the nicest drone material I have seen on YT. I do get rather tired of the over saturated, oversharpened material that is awash on YT. Nice to see someone who knows what he's talking about.
Good video with good advice. No time wasting. Thanks.
This is fantastic, so much great info and tips, thank you sir!
That was awesome! I'm full into photography and a total newbie in video. My Mavic Air 2 is on its way to me. My primary goal was only to capture real estate or next day wedding shots, but since having all these capabilities I thought I should learn how to capture and edit some small clips, but I'm too afraid of the learning curve. This video helped me a lot, both into capturing and editing (image processing knowledge helps A LOT, by what I saw from you). Thanks!
Very nice input,it's sure is very useful.. amazing shots you got their keep it up you're doing great!
I love it because it’s not so big like the 2 Pro, and yet bigger than the Mini 2… It’s just right and love all the features packed into it. Thank you for the work you put in on your videos
*Jeven* very good video tutorials :) Thanks for your information. Good Job!
Great tips. The footage looks fantastic. The documentary was very well done too.

Totally right! He shoots really good drone footage. I would love to include drones with my channel one day.
Nicely done, thank you for sharing.
Thanks! Been working on which drone to buy, this was very helpful
This is a great tutorial, thanks man! I’ll be ordering an Air 2 very soon. I was waiting to pull the trigger once any bugs had been worked out and I was having a hard time justifying it over the Mavic Mini, but it seems to be worth the extra $$.

Jeven, hi man, will you be able to point me to a place where i get my Mavic Air 1 drone fixed? I mean my issues is that my drone does not turn on sometimes , it is as if it is hanging in the boot up process...propellers turn , and gimbal moves but i dont hear that read sound being played, very annoying.... sometimes it does complete the power on / boot up cycle BUT then i also struggle to link the remote and the drone. All of this was after a safety update i did for the fly-zones. Its just strange because sometimes i am able to fly and it works fine. Sadly the last 2 weeks i have tried and tried and the drone will not turn on fully, no idea what is going on. I have crashed the drone in gate , but this was more than a year ago and i have flown the drone at many places thereafter so it is very very strange. Hope you can help me, thanks

@@CollosalTrollge I'd send it to DJI and have them fix it. That's where I got my Mavic Air 2 fixed (because I crashed it🙈)
Thanks for the tips. Great content 👍
What an amazing cinematic look you achieved. I am thinking of buying a Mavic air 2 and your video makes my decision much easier. Thank you for your very helpful content.

Really good video!

thx u for sharing🙏🙏
Great stuff. I used to use "Normal" settings but I'll give "D-Cinelike"a try.
Good explanation
Pretty good stuff! We are considering getting the Skydio 2 for the channel, thoughts?
Very good ideas tq bro
Great video Jeven! Just curious if you follow the 180 rule and set your shutter speed to 120 when you are 60p?
Awesome tips! You have slightly different approach than I have, but man it works.

Very clean footage you have there....I just got my air 2 but however the images are very noisy even at 100 iso. Especially in the shadows....
That feeling, when you already knew it but from other person words you discovering it again 😂😂
Jeven , your good, I want to be like you in my next life 😉
I crashed and burned but I got an awesome video as result. Live and learned from it here
Wow!!!!
How do you deal with the image noise from this camera, specially in d-cinelike mode? Congrats for your work!

@@JevenDovey None of the multidirectional moves that you mentioned in this video will achieve a cinematic look at 12:00 noon. So that being said the number one thing that can almost guarantee a cinematic look is lighting proper lighting golden hour lighting directional lighting. All the snazzy moves in the world cannot replace proper golden hour lighting for a true cinematic look.
Wow, this was such and interesting and well-done video. The transitions were so smooth! Everyone, Jeven Dovey, is the coolest KZreadr! He is the reason I started my channel. I love the nature vibe and how personable he is on his channel.

Totally right?! I love Jeven’s videos. They are super inspiring for my channel.
Thanks and I have subscribed your channel, and it was a good content...the only thing I haven’t seen was the blue sky as you mentioned, it was white and not blue, so not sure why you have mentioned to make the sky blue!!!
I didn't realize the Air 2 produced quality like this.
If you want 24 you shoot 24 not 60. There is no adjusting in post to make it more "cinematic" Wolfcraft did an excellent video on this. I think the word cinematic is being abused as much as dynamic range these days. cinematic is as stated about the shot but even more about the lighting and ND filters to get that "correct" shutter.
You post your videos in 2:1 But is the camera settings different than if you do 16:9 ? I have the air2s Thanks for another good video.
I recently found out that dealing with how to set up proper camera settings and editing nice looking video are more difficult than flying the drone itself.
wow nice information bro..nice drone too

If you can edit the same vid and flight with 2 drones pro2 and air 2 and that would be the best comparison what quality is better
If you do shoot in 4K 60 and use a 1/120 shutter. What Nd filters do you usually use
Your challenge with shooting at 60fps is that you'll lose the nice motion blur of 25fps (or lower) which you can recreate in post but it really isn't the same. Regardless, thanks for the video, it's nice for the community to see such tutorials, they're really appreciated!
@ScrapyardFilms

ReelSmart Motion Blur does a great job of adding it back to look natural. I use it quite often
@RaduBogdan2k
3 жыл бұрын
you could use the 1/60 shutter speed with the thought in mind that most of that footage will be used in a 30fps timeline, so you'll be dropping every other frame. This means indeed you'll get a bit too much blur when you do slow down the footage, but maybe that's a better option.
very nice performance of Color Finale, what is the best alternative to working with win10 ?
Nice video - I would have done a sky replacement heh.

Do you have the DJI insurance ?
Can you confirm which you actually recommend, Cinelike or D-Log. You said at one part always use Cinelike then seconds later recapped and said you always use D-Log.
It mademe exited
Gosh! I wish people listen to you more about the letter boxes! The number of video that I'm watching on the computer that have black border on the 4 sides due to those.
Hello, Just curious. Did you use a filter on the DJI camera?
which software do you use for editiing/post processing?
nice vid, wich program did you use ? what is color finale pro? thanks
Jeven, can I ask a "bone"question if you shoot all your vids in 60fps,do you then have to have the fps for your vid at 60fps for it to appear normal speed or do you alter the frame rate to 30 fps for certain bits to get the slow-mo. Hope that makes sense,I well confused haha.sorry.
I just purchased a base model MacBook Pro 14 inch, with M1 Pro Chip. Will this Mac model be enough for a DJI Air2s drone beginner pilot for editing and color grading?
Ok so you mentioned you shoot in 4k60 and in DLog, but I thought the Mavic Air 2 was only able to shoot in D-Cinelike and DLog was not an option. I just ordered mine today so I guess I don't know now, is this an option on the Mavic Air 2????
Just got this I got Apple software logic any good
Is it necessary to put a nd / pL filter when filming in D-Cinelike?
nice vidio. looks like cinema of zombies awaiting at that house. 😜😍
Please, what is the best way to record a4K video in a straight way either to right or left by Mavic 2 Pro
