Your what should i do to 2011 bmw 5 series 535i for best sound or even exhust system for it to improve performance as will.

I’m thinking of getting a muffler delete on my 2007 X5 4.8i n62 V8, do you think it’s a good idea? Are there any cons to this with the V8 X5? Any tips for me? Love you channel thank you.

I have to say, this sounds wayy better than the S55. Wouldn't mind rocking a E92 N54 just for the sound.

Hello @ExoticCarPlayPlace I have a 2004 BMW 525i (Inline 6 Cyl Engine... M54 Engine). I got the muffler delete (everything except the stock cat) and it sounds decent on cold start-up. After I've been running it for a short while it gets quieter. I don't get the pops and crackles that I do as when I first start it and run it. What can I do to make it pop and crackle and to stay loud (I love the roar and growl sound)? Would good tips help? Or maybe get the cat(s) deleted and then add tips? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

My e90 330i has this exhaust valve. Maybe I'll give this golf tee method a go. Thanks! I heard that on the NA versions, that a muffler delete causes a lot of drone.

Community Update: I know how it feels to be desperate for attention. I've tried everything, too. Recently scored a cherry Toyota Corolla - 2003. Straight-piped and totally pimped it. The babes have taken note. And, quite a few dudes. Hoping to sew some wild oats. I'll keep the community posted on any success.

What a good sound brother, the truth I thought of a nickname for your 335i and I think several options like thor e92 or skelletor bimmer or silver surfer twin turbo or project kicking ass or winter soldier or scare mother-in-law, I gave myself fat thinking brother. I hope some you like and maybe one day I can show you my bmw that their nicknames are Deadpool (E46 330ci ZHP), Tourniquet (E46 325xi) and Yeti (E83 X3 3.0si XDrive). A hug from Guatemala brother.

In the trunk there is wire you can unplug to get more sound its on driver side next to tail light

I think it would, mufflers have no effect on emmissons, just sound and back pressure.

Tony will less backpressure damage the engine/turbo? Aka a muffler delete? Or would you recommend a resonantor delete.

Turbo's don't like backpressure. They work off pressure differential. Less backpressure = faster spool / less lag.

If you don't have a V8 or larger, don't bother with the exhaust. The best sounding exhausts are the Lexus LFA, Porsche Carrera GT, and the Ferrari engines with the plane crank setup.

No pollution as long as the cats are still on. The muffler is mainly noise pollution.
