Wow! Kittl looks awesome and I learned something from your video. Thanks for sharing! And I love both print and audio books. They both have a purpose!
I am mostly audible books. I have a few hard covers for when I want the feel of a book in my hand but mostly I am an audible girl. Thank you for all your videos. I have found them to be very helpful.

Hannah, you keep knocking it out of the park with these great videos! I haven't sold journals yet but I absolutely will now. I just did a test with the exact same prompt in Kittl vs. Canva. No contest! Kittl is far superior. I pay for Canva but I think I'm gonna get a sub for Kittl, too. Oh - and audiobooks for fiction, print books for nonfiction (so I can take notes). Thanks a ton!

Thank you for the great video, as always! I prefer physical books for sure! Nicer to hold and read from than a tech device. A more homey feel...not sure how else to describe it. Still waiting for my reading nook 😄

First thank you Hannah for your AMAZING videos! I do have a question. When you are doing custom items (shirts/journals/etc) Do you have some kind of method for like "finding" a specific item? So let's say I have 200 personalized designs that someone can customize? The idea of trying to find that file to make it personalized is a bit intimidating to me! The customization part doesn't seem too hard from what I can see...but the keep tracking of things is what's getting to me? lol Like there might be say 25 Halloween custom design....and in my head its like did I use Kittl or Canva or whatever? I have been saving graphics into a graphic folder on canva (don't really like their layout for organization) so I'm thinking something like that over there. Haven't tried Kittl yet but I'm assuming there's some kind of folders system I could use. I guess I'm just wondering how you personally keep track of your custom items/orders lol Also, I'm totally Team Audio books! I'm always busy/always doing chores/cooking/whatever....though I tend to gravitate towards audio books I've already read so if I get distracted doing something I don't have to rewind lol :) I used to be team physical books and I still like them but I have carpal so big heavy books can hurt my hands so I'm Team Audio, then Kindle, then physical :D
Thanks Hanna ! .. & i love your hair style ❤️👍

Used to love reading books… still do, but my eyesight isn’t so great, so I’ve listened to audiobooks for about 15 years now. If I do read books I have a kindle, as I can increase the text size, but still prefer an actual paper book. One thing I’d never do though is journal about the books I read. Having said that, I might use such a notebook for writing prompts, writing ideas, great words and phrases, or content and story ideas, as well as sketching storyboards and story outlines. Yeah… I’m a writer/editor too. Great video as always❣️

what size canvas did you choose before using AI Kittl tool?
Thank you! Wow, so much uselful information. I think I need to finally try Kittl as I am using Canva and Inkscape now. As for your question I like both paper books and audiobooks. I am not fond of ebooks though. As for audiobooks it it crucial for me to like the voice of narrator so I can focus on the story. Thank you again for sharing your tips :)

Is it possible to create reading journals or any type of journal with customised pages ( print on each page) using POD or is this a completely different field? For example having writing prompts on each page such as “ I would rate this book…. 12345 stars” “ my favourite character” etc
@hannahebeling
11 ай бұрын
You can do this through a program called kindle direct publishing!
Is this only available in the US?
Thanks for the video. :) I noticed that is a dotted line on the blank mock-up, on the left before the spiral. This would seem to be where the left side of the printing will end, yet you put the image across that, so that the mock-up shows the printed image behind and to the left of the spiral. If that section will not be printed, and still be white, wouldn't that be misrepresenting to the customer what the final product would look like? Maybe I am wrong and it will be printed there. Can you please confirm?
@hannahebeling
10 ай бұрын
That section will be printed too, but the dotted line is to make sure any important parts are not obstructed-for example, you wouldn’t want text there.
When we download it to printify is it going to be png or pdf print thank you
Wow! Great tutorial! I might give this a try! How fun! A couple of questions for clarification though. One, what do you do for the back of the notebook? A solid accent color? And, two, do you need to add an ISBN barcode to the back?
@hannahebeling

A solid color is great and you don’t have to worry about barcodes since this is technically a notebook!

Is lined paper or non lined a better seller? Do you know? Thank you for all your helpful videos, by the way! :D

I love your videos. Regarding the size, is it possible to make these tshirt design size instead of notebook size, so the designs can be used for T-shirts, bags, books, mugs, etc? Is it better to make them bigger instead of limiting what we can use them for? Can a tshirt size, say 4500x5000 px or so be used on a mug or notebook?

I have a generic No return policy unless the item is flawed in some way. I occasionally will make an exception for someone, but having the policy keeps requests to a minimum.

Can you do this with awkward styles journals?
Could you clarify something for me, please? Why is this called a "reading journal" and not a "writing journal," or simply "journal" ?? I'm curious because there's nothing to read until the customer writes something on the pages... I only ask because I'm new to POD and (ironically) journals are my chosen products to start designing and listing, so titles and SEO are a bit confusing for me at the moment...

@hannahebeling

These ones are just lined, but if you want to design your own inside pages and publish through a place like Kindle direct publishing, you could do that too.
Great video, but...Those notebook prices are pretty high. The shipping price for the notebook is almost the same cost of the product. Withouth charging anything for profit the consumer will be paying over $14 for a notebook. The average decorated spiral notebook can be had for $3.00 max. I can't imagine anyone spending over $14 for a spiral notebook. But, since you've made a video on it, what do you feel is a good price point? Any tactics to selling these premium priced notebooks?
@hannahebeling
11 ай бұрын
That’s the power of being able to niche down in POD. You can technically buy a $5 t-shirt at Walmart, but people will pay $25 for a tee in a niche they are passionate about. I wouldn’t list journals below 16.
Don't you need to save in 300dpi too?

If there is anyone who would like to have a relationship with God, kindly do the following: 1. Pray the following prayer. 2. Pray this prayer willingly, genuinely, and wholeheartedly. 3. Pray this prayer out loud. Here is the prayer: “Dear Lord Jesus, Thank you for laying Your life on the cross for my sins. I ask you to forgive me. Come into my life. I receive You as my Lord and Saviour. I confess with my mouth that You are Lord. And I believe in my heart that God raised You from the grave. Now, guide me to live for You the rest of my life. In the Name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.” The preceding is what you need to do to have a relationship with God. Strongly and kindly consider doing it. Thank you.
