You know those aged and crushed apples, that fruit that no one will want to eat naturally? I keep it in the fridge drawer to prepare desserts and they are simply delicious.

Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 apples
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- A handful of raisins
- 1 sheet of round puff pastry
For the crumble:
- 150g of sugar
- 200g of wheat flour
- 130gr of butter
