Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry (460g)
- 250ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour (40gr)
- 6 tablespoons of sugar (75gr)
- lemon peels
Meringue
- 2 egg whites
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
