Me again, l made the box last evening. It is wonderful. The actual assembly took exactly an hour. The hardest part was deciding which of my papers to use and cutting the chip board. I used 260 gsm gliitered paper for both outer and inner. I think l might use 200 or 180 to see if is sturdy enough, as it will be just sitting on a unit it might be ok. Thank you again for sharing. Kind regard Sandra

I made my first "Sherry" treasure box for my grand daughter's Leap Year Baby Birthday tomorrow. It's pretty rough but she wants to learn to crochet so I'm going to fill it with crochet hooks that I got from my grandmother. Reptile glue couldn't be located in town and no time to send to Amazon for it and tackey glue was too goopie... But still I was happy that I made my first one. Also made two gift boxes for the small crochet purses my mom made both my grand daughter...

I notice that you didn't give all sizes at the front of your video like you do now and I can't figure out what size the Prima paper is. I thought it was 12 x 12 but it look a bit larger than the chipboard that you're attaching it to in the beginning of the video. I'm so glad that you now give all the measurements up front no, I love your organization. Please give me the measurements of all the pieces so I can save them for future reference. Thank you so much Sherry for all that you do.

My problem is that the dimensions of the box that I need to make are 6 x 9. Can you help me? I don’t know how to figure out all the specs. Sherry, this is a stinkin' cute project & stunning! But, there are 2 problems I don't understand. The pattern on the liner goes left to right on the left & up & down on the right. Is there a reason for this? The other thing is that I watched you make the box in that delicious pink/peach color. But when you glued it in there was a border of the outside paper going around the bottom of the sides in the box. That made the box look finished & gave it character (posh) but how did you do it.? Using the same measurements as the sides but cut it in half lengthwise?

I stink at measuring and I need to make a box for a 7 1/2" x 9.5" box for a memory book I made. No matter what I do, I cannot figure out the measurements. Could you help me figure this out?

Some of your videos you use art glitter glue, in others you use reptile glue. Is one better than the other? Thank you so much...

Watching the video alot starting 5:10, you can use her green mat the count the inch squares, to my understanding it is 9 x 18, because you add 3 5 7 and 4 1/8 and 1 inch over lap. On 6:48 the inside paper measures 12x63/48 + 8 6 3/4, and an overlap of about 2 inches. Hope this helps, I an going to add velcro for my closure handle might be on the side she glued.

I saw a response from Sherri that stated that she took two 12 x 12 sheets and cut one of them down to 9 x 12 and the other 8 x 12. Hope this helps

Hi Tracy, due to other tutorial channels letting me do all of the hard work, only to have them swoop in and take my work for use on their channel, I am no longer providing posted measurements. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
