Ingredients
DOUGH
- 160g (2/3 cup) almond milk
- 28g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 110g (1/2 cup) bubbly, active starter
- 24g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 300g (2 1/2 cups) All-Purpose Flour
- 5g (1 tsp) sea salt
CINNAMON-SUGAR FILLING
- 28g (2tbsp) unsalted butter
- 100g (1/2 cup granulated sugar)
- 3tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flour
GLAZE
- 175g powdered sugar
- 31g (2ish tbsp) almond milk
- 13g (1tbs) unsalted butter
- Dash of vanilla extract
