I started when I was 14. 1.5 year strong now. I can deadlift 2x my bodyweight and bench my bodyweight. Huge improvements in strength, endurance, fat percentage and happiness.

@@jesuiseren6243 i just turned 14 and bench 1.25 x my bw just train with training programs ask for tips at the gym make buddys and stuff and u will see some diffrance in 3-4 months :=

I prolly shoulda mentioned that I am a runner and started lifting because my upper body was too small and when I said huge improvements in endurance, I meant that weight lifting boosted my running performance. Regardless of how irrelevant it is that you benched 80 percent of your bodyweight on your first day, it is fascinating and makes this comment section incredibly nice. Your condescending comment truly served a great purpose. It was idiocy to post this comment, knowing that I would get lolled.

It was 2005 i have been lifting since then music gives me a new character of mine
A topic of point that I tell my own subscribers. Anyone who is over 30 will tell you they have a hard time going to work and maintaining a fitness program. As a matter of fact this age is when things really start to slide. Why? Because as you age you have less energy. I am at the age where no matter if it is Monday at the beginning of the week or Friday I don't want to exercise after work. This is where the mindset has to kick in. An attitude of "no matter what" you go to the gym or on that run. If you feel that pull of resistance you get up. You make yourself do it if you had a hard day at work and are mentally squeezed. If you only got four hours of sleep. You turn every day into a challenge. You win when you come home from your workout. If you do this, you will build a discipline pattern that will carry over. You will start to think "I went last week when I had a night of four hours of sleep so I can do it this week. And it becomes pattern in your brain. That is a tip to stay consistent. Hope this helps someone out there---Charles.

I think the reason alot of people go to the gym is because they want to look a certain way. There’s a lot of vanity in bodybuilding. I think as long as you’re reaching your fitness goals, who cares if you’re the biggest? Everyone’s fitness goals are different.

Why so much epileptic effects to hurt the eyes?
I love this type of video, but it had a big and controverse perspective ! 90% of the athletes in the video are probably using illegal "boosters". These boosters are giving the shape that a human without that "booster" will probably never achive. This gives to our fitness industry a "dream" almost not possible for human natural being. I'm not saying that it's impossible achive a shreeded and volume shape - It's possible despistes what you sacrifices in order to accomplish that. I met a lot of persons really natural in very good form with a lot of years with conscistence train, sleep, food routine. And I also met a lot of unnatural, attencion, in a imaginable form for the good point of view but also a lot of unfit bodys. What comes easy goes easy. Keep grind - good workouts to every one and keep your life healthy, accomplish another level of your physical and metal capacity. Life is not a sprint is a marathon ;)

Been on beast mode for 1 year . Achieved to be beast . Recently left gym for f*ckin' pressure of exam , fapping 2-3 times a day . Eating hardly 1000 kcal , 20-30 gm protein .
