Glad I found this!!! I was losing motivation and about to call it quits after my regular 15 minutes routine. I've been overweight for a few years now. And after listening to this video. Man o man was I fired up. Just finished working out after an hour. Just realized the pain I'm going to experience in the upcoming days.
