Finally we are getting public access to this API. This will no doubt be super relevant in the next few years.

The problem is AR requirement is technical, normal consumers may not know what types of phone is compatible with AR, they may buy a wrong phone. For example, Honor 50 running on Android and only to find out it is not AR compatible and Honor 50 is a 5G phone, is not cheap as well. I hopes Google can introduce technologies such as AR that is compatible with most Android phones out there and not asking consumers to get a new phones, is totally not practical.
