Hahaha, yeah my laptop has great cooling, but it's little noisy. I'm working on removing the noise in future videos :)

I don't think so. It doesn't seem like there is a significant increase in the noise, and the denoiser does an excellent job as well to remove the existing noise. As for the render time, it doesn't affect it at all.

can I ask how u can make that background brown if ur background are softbox too ? are u change the light color or the softbox color ? please answer :)

It's just a point lamp in front of a background plane :)

Try changing your render engine to cycles instead of eevee. You can do this by clicking on the Button that looks like a radio on the tool bar and swapping from eevee to cycles. hope this helps!
