Make Property Lines in Photoshop the Easy Way
Right click - Edit in Photoshop
Select Brush Tool (B)
Choose brush size/properties (try white, 5px, 50% hardness)
Duplicate background layer by dragging layer to plus icon
Select Background copy layer
Select Pen Tool
Click to choose the anchors points for the property lines (dot-to-dot)
Connect the first and last anchor point to complete and close the shape
Click New Layer button
Right-click - Stroke Path - Brush
Select the Background copy layer
Right-click - Make Selection - 10px
From the Select dropdown menu - Inverse
From the Image dropdown menu - Adjustments - Desaturate
Select Type Tool and add text
From the Layer dropdown choose Flatten Image
Save
