Your book inspired me 4 years ago to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I did it! I love your content and was so excited to come across this video today!

Man, this episode literally punched me in the gut in a good way. Most applicable one I have heard in a while and it is exactly what I needed. Thanks Rach!

I think you should inspire us to lie down and take a nap. It's way too hectic out here, sis.

I totally feel like you just read my diary and were speaking directly to me lol! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and need to follow the AutoImmune Protocol way of eating to figure out what foods trigger inflammation in my body, but I will go a week or 2 then have one "non-compliant" meal and bust through that door. I'll go weeks eating whatever I want again, feeling like crap with headaches and fatigue until I hit another "sick and tired of being sick and tired" moment, then go back on AIP for however long. I definitely need to get to the bottom of the root causes of that.
