It wouldnt be cheating to have had everything all preheated because thats how a restaurant works having the friers on and ovens on and having things ready to go u woulda cut down ur time for sure!!

This was a really fun, and kind of action packed video to watch. It brought to mind an old TV show, I Love Lucy. Emily reminded me of Lucy, and Sarah seems like Ethel. Those two were hilarious. Maybe more importantly, you proved it can be done, with a huge savings on Carbs. Bravo!

Real Good has a new item... General Taos chicken nuggets. I found it at Wal-Mart, but I haven't tried it yet. I will let you all know how it tastes when I eat it. The sauce is separate, so you could put it on the chicken or on the side.

I made this for dinner tonight for my 7 year old who LOVES panda's orange chicken, he loved it so much 🥹 thank you for sharing this hack! I had to use a different sugar free marmalade that was chunkier so I blended it until smooth and added chili pepper flakes for a lil kick.

I've made the orange chicken several times and love how easy it is to make. I also cooked my cauliflower rice the way you suggested and it does taste better. No I need to try the crab rangoon.

Lol just started watching these two and i love the sassy banter betwee the two. Im not on a keto diet, but on my diet i do require low carb options, and the keto products and ideas help! Thanks
