هل هذي المكينة تطحن الهريس والدجاج؟
Very nice machine. I tend to make my hummus with less water. This makes it thicker and harder on the machine. Can the machine handle the extra load on the motor, of using less water, without over-heating?

Dear Ty, This was what we actually intended to show in our video; the powerful operational capabilities of our machine! In general, people prefer their hummus in a creamy texture with a lot of water and tahini inside. Our machinery are capable of making creamy hummus as well as the thicker hummus as shown on the video. Indeed, L45IV is equipped with a 10 Hp(7.5 kW) motor and varaible speed settings. طريقه غلط الحمص كذا خرب اي ضرب. وبيحصل تسمم اذا تم طحنه حار. لازم يوضع بالفريزر. ويكون بارد جدآ. واثناء الطحن والاعداد. يوضع معاه. ثلج. لتخفيف حرارة الطحن. بس ممكن يكون هذا تجربه للماكينة. كيف مستوى طحنها

I am not sure where you got your hummus recipe, but it is terrible. There should not garlic or cumin to start with. This is terrible. Sorry!
