I’m amazed at the detailing of the voice over mashAllah! There are several points but 1) Boil the fries just for 3 min in the already boiling water, don’t wait for the water to boil after fries are immersed in it, just 3 min in boiling water and take out otherwise they ll become soggy. 2) when frozen fries/ chips will be added to the hot oil then initially temperature of the oil will go down, so wait for 2 - 3 min before stirring the fries otherwise they ll break.

Hi Arfa, thank you so much ❤️ You can use ground instant oats instead. I haven't tried it myself but you can experiment with small amount of fries, as i usually substitute all purpose flour and cornstarch with oats powder when i'm on a diet 🙂 Also i sometimes coat the fresh ones with whole wheat flour and they come out great. Haven't used it for frozen ones though.
