I started my life doing this with tomatoes in the US. I was 21 years, italian- brazilian guy. Before doing working in the restaurant I used tô work cleaning toilets at Six Flags. Now I'm almost 38 years and, I am going back to Italy again because Brazil became a mess. Its hard to say and it is hard to restart, but Life is like this. We spend many years trying to have a carreer, but they break our dreams. Hope this guy might be outta there someday and conquest his dream too.

This kid is good he learnt about pre cooking fries then let them cool dow n for 5-10 min then make a final cook so it gives crispy fries and add cajun seasoning once done

He is an inspiration. Many 18 year olds where I come from wouldn't know what hardship means and self determination. Expecting things to be done for them like spoilt brats. This boy is hard working and lives in a reality of having to make a living for himself and struggling just to survive. I've met many people like him who have to make do worth what they have and work hard. I hope some day life smiles down on him and gives him and his family that little extra help and support he deserves.

But in the mean time he has to survive. Which is what he's doing and working as best as he can to earn a living. I find it inspiring that he's finding a way out of his struggle and working hard in his situation to live. We work creatively and effectively when our opportunities have not afforded us anything else. I find him inspiring. Self determination. Where I've seen people with all the Academic opportunities given to them, coming out of it spoiled entitled people. I'm inspired by this boy because he's hard working, and finding opportunity without it being handed to him on a silver platter.
