Make Chicken curry in minutes with this easy recipe! Melt in your mouth chicken!
Hello guys, making chicken curry has never been this easy. This one is amazinggg and packed with so much flavor. And you only need the simple ingredients I've mentioned below. I hope you give it a try and enjoyyyy!
Ingredients:
-1 kg whole chicken cut into pieces
-1 tbsp crushed garlic and ginger
-1 tsp coriander powder
-1/2tsp cumin powder
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper(optional)
-1/4tsp turmeric powder
-1tsp salt
For the gravy:
-1 medium onion
-2 medium tomatoes
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-1/2 cup plain yoghurt
-1 tsp curry powder
-1/2tsp cumin powder
-1/2tsp coriander powder
-1/4tsp turrmeric powder
-3 cardamon pods
-1/2tsp salt or more to taste
-8 black peppercorns(optional)
-1/2 cup water
-Oil for cooking
-Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander leaves

Cooking wine normally helps get the sticky chicken on the pan when making the gravy but still keeping all the flavors.

I actually cook something similar except those spices are normally marinated with the chicken and some yorghut then kept overnight in the fridge. Yum!
