Same like me bt some of it i still don't get the measurement, so i just cut paper 1st then try match it if its work. I get this measurement, Plain white for attach ear - 5 x 2 1/2 Ear - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Head - 3 x 5 Body - 5 x 9 1/2 Plain for bottom 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 And last plain for background 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 Is it all correct? Bt its match when i attach all the paper😂😂😂 Correct me if i'm wrong😅

My beloved kitty died yesterday. I hope making this kitty quilt will help me grieve for her. Thank you Jenny for such a gorgeous project.

Wow, you are amazing for rescuing those kitties! You definitely need one of these quilts, but with that many helpers it may be a challenge! ;)

I made this for my brother and his wife as a housewarming gift. They have orange and black cats so I used a fall layer cake Harvest Moon Sundaes. They LOVED it.

This is such a cute block. I made some cat mats with four blocks and a double border. Put buttons for eyes and a nose; Quilted a mouth under them and my cats love their mats. Thank-you for another great idea.

Love this quilt.. for a pet lover family, made this kitty quilt using dog print fabric. Now my whole family wants one. Love your videos Jenny. you sure make it EZ for even a disable person to make so many projects.

I made this one for my nephew. He is such a video game and computer geek he even graduated from college with a degree in video game graphics and programing. I used all of the things he loves for the cats. I found Zelda, Mario. Star Wars, Star Trek, Guardians of the Galaxy and Dr Who fabrics. He loved it. The only blanket he uses and his two kitties love it too.

i just finished this quilt. and gave it as a baby quilt. 3 cats wide by 4 cats long with sashing and corner stones. it was so pretty. and the mom of the baby just loved it.

I have a similar pattern in my Block A Day book, but this one is so much easier and I think the less complicated block makes it easier to see the cat. How adorable.

I had to laugh when Jenny said she gets so many pictures of quilts with cats sitting on them. My cat is "Quite Quilty" herself and loves being "snapped" on top of my latest creation. As I watched the video, I kept thinking of how fun it would be to make this quilt in a variety of Calico prints for the classic "Calico Cat" quilt. Too much fun!!

I didn't find a printed page of the sizes to cut but the entry below pretty much matches what she says except the 10" X 9 1/2" and that looks to be half of the 10 inch square which makes it 5" X 9 1/2". I like things written down so I appreciate the information. I pause the video and write down what she says so I have the information at my fingertip. This is so cute!

Joyce I think the square will be about 9" right? because the kitty body is 9.5 wide - with .5 in for seam allowances...

Yes it works out to be a finished block measuring 9.5". I'm wanting to replace the wonky stars in the wonky stars charm pack quilt with these kitty blocks. The wonky star blocks are 14" so I'm going to have to sash the kitties to make up for it. So if my math is correct I will need to cut the sashes 2 3/4" wide to end up with a 14" block. Thanks for your help!

Almost.... it should be 9.5" x 9.5" Finishes at 9"x9" in the quilt). That"s why she only trimmed the body 1/2", so it would be a square block.

I just made a double bed quilt using this video to design it and as a quilt as you go method for my cat loving mother. Thank you for this video!!!!!

I just love this quilt. I got the Block Magazine download with this pattern in it and plan to make it soon. My cats, Holly and Dalla, will love the quilt as well. One likes to sleep under quilts while the other sleeps on top of them. I just need to find material with black and creamy red colors so the cat hair will blend in. haha:)

Yea! A cat quilt! I know two girls that would love this! My kitty helps me quilt and sew and garden etc. also. All my quilts are dog and cat approved! lol! I just don't understand people who do not like cats!

okay so I added the sashing and it is all together and basted but I am hand quilting because I tried quilting with my sewing maching and it was .... not so good...but it is super cute!!!! I have always wanted a cat quilt....my whole life...I am so happy!!!!
