Quite possibly one of the simplest how to videos, without any nonsense at the beginning. Right in there, getting my hands dirty quickly. Perfect.

Totally agree! Just gets down to the core of it.
Thanks, But it doesn't work for me. I can't see the transparancy box that you don't discuss. How can i make that box invisible. It's Next to the Dither box.
Short, sweet, and very helpful! Thanks.
Thank you for speaking quickly and getting right to the point! No blah blah blah, I love it, it was exactly what I needed for my project.

Just have one question, how do you adjust the gradient once you set it via the G command on the layer mask?
Thank you *sooo * much! This is exactly what I needed - and so short too!

thank you very much !
thank you! Instantly avoided the 8+ minute tutorials. Knew there was an easier way
Thank you!
Thank you!!
Good video. Thanks
Love the simplicity! A couple of things. The letter "D" will reset the swatches to white and black. The letter "X" will switch the colors in between the foreground and background. Finally, you can (and probably should) continue to work and add more layers without clicking on "Apply Layer Mask".
감사합니다!!
When all tutorials of the world would be like, we would live like in heaven!

It worked 💯 PS 2023
But you didn't actually create a transparent gradient. You selected it from the list. How do you actually make one?
"Now you can simply click a drag" at 00:35. Drag what from where? There is nothing happening in the video at that point.
None of these work now with all the new features added by adobe. Now we need to relearn everything
your UI is way tooo small i can't read things ☹
蒙版渐变
you never explained how to make a transparent gradient, frustrating
Does not work. All this did was place a gradient all across the image. How sad that this KZreadr has to have his friends comment that this is a fantastic video. This did not work with the instructions provided.

@@jetset3049 same problem on my 2023 version. doesn't work
Isn't it possible to put a gradient on the eraser?
What do you do? that is not working on the layer mask with drag and click. your way is useless.
Thank you!
