I went full carnivore about 6 months ago and have dropped 60 pounds. That first month was a little rough. The best pattern, for me, is one meal every 12 hours. I eat enough to be fulfilled, and it's been great.

I'm glad you're paying attention to your weight and diet. Its important. People don't realize that as they put on weight, their heart doesn't grow larger. All that extra stuff makes the heart work a lot harder. Hope Brit is feeling better!

Won’t be alone I won’t be long and he’ll be in a car seat joining you in a short trip. Still gets big join you in a couple of day trips to see what it’s like in the truck and then when you get old enough hit the road.

My son is running heavy haul out of Ontario. He just turned 26 made a bunch of trips to newfoundland so watched your video on that. Now he is in California hauling 40 ton batteries to Brampton. Now thats a long trip.

I started watching you because your a fellow trucker in a different country and most of the things you rant about are the same in every country keep it going my friend

Josh, when traveling from Brainerd to Duluth, you can avoid Crosby & Ironton by taking County Road 12 (Deerwood Shortcut) You'll resume traveling East on MN 210, in Deerwood. May save you some time!

I enjoy watching you drive thru the small towns, as I am a small-town guy myself. I always seem to see things that remind me of home. On birthdays, it's a great occasion for the kids, but always remember MOM, as she did all the work (well, most of it). My Mom celebrated her 100th birthday last year, and her baby boy is now 71. Time flies!

The longer trips are probably easier for you to get a workout in. That’s why you gotta take them when you can get them.

Intermittent fasting combined with a bit of exercise, like walking has worked well for me. However, I find it harder to stick to when the weather is cold. Makes me want to eat more.😂

Hello there! Josh is indeed very hard to do a good diet on the road. Here in Brazil is very difficult to do too! My Volvo doesn't have a fridge and microwave and then is more difficult yet!😅

Great going, getting into shape Josh! -- I lost 12 kilograms (26.5 pounds) in the first 3 months /so basically a kilo [2.2 lb] per week/ when I moved to Germany and started working a physically more demanding job (order picker in a warehouse). Not counting the health benefits, I love my workplace! 🤩 I haven't kept any diet nor counted my calories then, and I think I'll try I.F., because at the moment I'm stuck and I'd still like to lose another 30 kg (66 lb).

Some may think you're weird, but that makes you so likable! Keep giving us great trucking and homelife videos. Ol' Blue looks so impressive at night all lit up. Best of luck on your temporary fasting diet. As always, drive safely Trucker Josh.

In the morning you should snack on baby carrots or celery before your first meal. Zero calories and will feel good.

Intermittant fasting worked for me pretty well too. Lost 26 pounds that way. Then got health issues and hospital stays - and gained 40 again *SIGH* Really need to get it going again 😒

Your karen apparently doesn't know that if you turn right on County Rd 12 off 210, you can avoid Crosby and Ironton completely. Co. 12 will put you right back on 210 in Deerwood. You won't even have to make a turn. Probably save you 10-15 minutes and a couple of stoplights.

No, they're all LED so they use very little power. I could leave them on all night

Looks like most of your Deliveries and pickups are going back and forth to the U.S. I don't see many U.S drivers in Canada does that mean different rules for u.s. drivers
