활짝 핀 꽃 모양의 초콜릿 크레이프 케이크를 만들었어요~
초코 크레이프에 밀크 커버춰 초콜릿을 넣은 생크림을 발라 겹겹이 붙여 만들어 봤는데 생각보다 꽃 모양이 잘나오더라구요.
만들기도 생각보다 쉬워서 오히려 아이싱 해서 만드는 크레이프가 더 어려운 느낌이 들었어요~ㅎㅎㅎ
진한 초코색의 크레이프와 연한 밀크 초콜릿 크림의 색 조합이 고급스럽게 예쁘더라구요.
무스띠로 고정해 냉장실에 굳혀야 모양이 딱 잡혀 자를 때도 잘 잘리는 것 같아요.

팬 사이즈 Fan size : 18cm
[재료 Ingredients]
달걀 4개
설탕 50g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
박력분 180g
코코아파우더 20g
아몬드가루 20g
우유 500g
녹인 무염버터 70g
밀크 커버춰 초콜릿 100g
생크림 40g
차가운 생크림 300g
설탕 10g
4 Eggs
50g Sugar
1g Salt
3g Vanilla extract
180g Cake flour
20g Cocoa powder
20g Almond powder
500g Milk
70g Melted unsalted butter
100g Milk couverture chocolate
40g Whipping cream
300g Cold whipping cream
10g Sugar
[만드는 과정]
1. 달걀에 설탕과 소금, 바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 밀가루, 코코아 파우더, 아몬드 가루를 체에 쳐서 넣고 우유를 조금(약 50g 정도) 넣고 골고루 섞는다.
3. 나머지 우유를 모두 넣고 섞은 다음 녹인 버터를 넣고 섞는다.
4. 체에 거른 다음 비닐 랩을 씌워 냉장실에서 30분 정도 휴지시킨다.
5. 약불에서 크레이프를 부치고 식힌다.
6. 밀크초콜릿에 생크림을 넣고 전자레인지에 30초 정도 가열한 다음 잘 섞어 녹인다.
7. 생크림에 설탕을 넣고 약 60% 정도 휘핑하고 휘핑한 생크림을 조금 덜어 초콜릿에 넣고 섞는다.
8. 밀크초콜릿을 생크림에 넣고 단단하게 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
9. 크레이프에 크림을 얇게 바르고 반으로 접는다.
10. 반으로 접은 크레이프 4장을 겹쳐 놓고 크림을 바른 다음 돌돌 말아 세운다.
11. 크레이프에 크림을 조금씩 바르고 케이크에 둘러 붙인다.
12. 무스 띠를 둘러 고정하고 윗면을 꽃잎처럼 펴고 냉장실에서 3~4시간 정도 굳힌다.

I made this awesome cake, it is sooo good, I did add 30g more of sugar to the crêpes because they tasted a bit bland. Also worth mentioning that the inside filling didn't work at all, it was really very drippy, as expected too from a cream filling, so to save the drippy mess, I added cream cheese to the recipe and it was amazing!

I basically used all the same as the video, only added 30g of sugar extra to the crepe batter. And as for the cream filling I also used the same recipe as the video but added 100g of cream cheese@@ShakeelKhan-rd3kk
