Today I made a cake that can be made without an oven.
No-oven baking~!
This cake can be made even by those who are not good at using an oven or do not have an oven.
All you need is a frying pan.
You can make a great cake even without an oven.
The ingredients are relatively simple, but it's really delicious, so give it a try.
Let's make a fantastically delicious cake with rich dark chocolate cream and soft crepes.
Also, the wave pattern that appears when the cake is cut is also fantastic.

● Cup measure standard
237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)
● Finished cake size (18cm (D) *6.5cm (H))
● Chocolate Crepe
4 eggs
80g sugar (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp)
a pinch of salt
Vanilla extract 3ml
130g cake flour (3/4 cup +2Tbsp)
20g cocoa powder (3Tbsp+ 1tsp)
70 g unsalted butter (1/3 cup)
500g milk (2 cups + 2 Tbsp)
● Dark chocolate cream
55 g dark chocolate (1/3 cup)
55g heavy cream (1/4 cup)
230g Heavyd cream (1 cup)
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)
● White whipped cream
250g heavy cream (1 cup +1Tbsp)
25 g sugar (2 Tbsp)
Cocoa powder

I made this for our Jan 1st 2024 dessert. I had never made crepes before. It turned out beautifully. Crepes are easier than pancakes to make. Flipping them was so easy. I plan to make this amazing visual dessert for our next gathering. Plus it tasted great. This dessert is a can do and turns out like in the video.

First off all this cake looks amazing and so freaking yummy I can't wait to try it out. But second I wanted to say that I really appreciated the step by step tutorial. I see so many cake tutorials/videos that I would like to try out but they for example won't share the exact amount of products they are using,you can tell they're using Flour,or milk,or butter but won't share how much gram,ml or anything.And I get sp frustrated because I'm like you are showing me how you're making a cake but don't tell me how😂 Other videos they are skipping important steps or details..... So i really appreciate that there wasn't a whole lot of music or talking, just instructions and you showing step by step exactly what to do. Thank you, this is a recipe I can actually follow

Absolute fantastic tutorial! Before watching I thought “there’s no way on earth I could make that!” but after watching your very detailed (and relaxing!!) video tutorial I’m confident I could make it! Before you started I tried guessing how you filled and stacked them to get that effect, my guess was that you piped alternating chocolate and white circles 🤦🏻♀️ how wrong was I!! It looks beautiful and I bet it tastes AMAZING (I’d definitely have to get someone else to cut it after putting all that effort in though, I wouldn’t have the heart to do it myself!! 😂
