Even if I know all the things you said, it's still so useful to have it said with structure and clarity. Self learning can be overwhelming when you consume all the information and don't know where to actually start. Thanks for the video and notion page, helped me out so much.

Same here. The good thing about going the self taught route is that there is a lot of information that’s free and affordable. the bad thing is that there is a lot of information. structure definitely helps with guiding you and reducing the friction in one’s learning process.

Web Design isn't exactly the same as UI/UX am I right?

I just signed up for your free document download but all it gave me was a link but no document to download. I was able to take a screenshot but a downloadable pdf with working links would be ideal. Am I missing something? And thank you for your content!

Are you using web design as a catch all term? Like are you coding like a web developer too? I find it hard to believe someone will pay 5K+ for a design and no code. Unless you’re also talking about using Wordpress and sites like those to skip the coding process?

So the question is ...how do you consistently keep the 10k + projects? I'm at that level but those are usually bigger projects and longer project timelines and require more time + focus. However I'm a solo studio. So I'm trying to scale while keeping those bigger projects more frequently.

Honestly, when you're working on projects of that scale, the only real feasible way would be to start hiring people. Yeah your personal profit margins per project might decrease, but as an agency you'll be able to finish work quicker, to a higher standard and take on more work.
