I am interested. My problem is the management company and their rules. Every guard, worker, assistant, manager knows ur business and their rules top ur needs such as how many people can visit how long they can stay and so forth. Very unattractive reasons not to buy

The Estate Makati isn't for the poor. If you're paying attention, they mentioned in the video that the structure was designed by Foster + Partners. It's also located in a prime location in Makati.
