Waking up to this and hearing the existential crisis of my life being used to define my time spent in the enigma that is my hobby as a chaotic subterfuge for underlying cries of help to escape the mundane loop cycle of my existence within a digital format has really opened my eyes and made my depression kick in from just a solid 2 to an 11. Glad its making a comeback

You're really based and got a lot figured out, but I went through a lot of the same stuff you did (repeated targeted harassment and getting my money stolen by the cops, robbed, trouble getting hired, a string of shitty jobs, getting fired for no reason, abusive mom throwing out all my stuff, kicked out of the house at 18, homeless, violence and years of silent treatment from dad, etc), except I ... don't have black skin. I'm kinda glad I don't, because otherwise I'd constantly be asking myself if all that happened because I'm black. And given the constant victim bombardment messaging I see on TV and in the news 24/7, I can almost guarantee you I'd think it's because of racism if I were. This kind of stuff preaches a victim mentality, same as feminists teach each other. I am not a victim, it's just the world can suck this much and, it took a lot of years, but I chose to rise above it through hard work and responsible living. Kept my nose clean and the police started leaving me alone. Police don't hang out in restaurants waiting for black folks to wander in to beat them up just 'cuz. That's not the way the world works. There are good cops out there, even heroes. They just don't get any press. And btw, get an account on Fidelity and start investing in ETFs while you're still young. Wish I would've done that. There's no color barrier to that shit, or much of anything anymore.
