Licensed education ambassador, Major, lived a life of love and luxury at Second Chances Wildlife Center. He educated thousands of people about groundhogs and why we should respect all wildlife. 10 years didn't seem long enough with him. Thank you everyone for loving Major so much, especially on Mondays. We hope your Mondays were brighter with him in it. We love that he will not only be forever in our hearts, but his funny antics will live on through his children's series with the dodo. I cried. The hardest thing is to say goodbye to those we love. I struggle to come to terms with the fleeting quality of human and animal experience. Major was a gorgeous groundhog loved by so many around the world. Shine high, Major. From Brazil with love.
