Ooh, same here in terms of energy. I've experienced zero extra energy so far. Sleeping the same or more than before the shot. I'm hoping to get out and do more in the spring and summer.

Congrats on your weight loss and engagement! I just took my first 5 mg shot on Saturday and my blood sugar is running higher than it has in a long time! I was 228 this morning. I'm sad and confused on what is going on. I was supposed to see my doctor today, but he had some sort of emergency, so I'm seeing someone else next week. I'm also not losing weight like I expected. We've been doing keto for the last 5 weeks, so only between 20-30 carbs per day. My sugar dropped to about 100 from the first 25 mg shot I took. I'm just confused...

Thank you so much! As for your blood sugar, Mounjaro doesn't lower your blood glucose but as you lose weight should start to even out your blood sugars as well as lower your A1C from being type II diabetic to normal. How long have you been on mounjaro? Some weeks I didn't lose at all.

@@Kellybelosing if you're a diabetic, it actually is intended to lower blood sugar. I guess I had a virus last week, because my sugar is back on track this week. I wish you continued success on your journey!

I pay $25 for Mounjaro and $15 for Lexapro, however my drs visit is $89/mo

@Ruth Gomez I use the telehealth provider called "push health", most online providers now are a longer wait as they're seeing a huge influx in patients though. There's also another called Alpha as well!
