What has helped me through difficult times is journaling, gratitude journaling, meditation, and taking some walks outside. I find it so incredible that you’re a content creator & also making Rella a success. I would love vlogs on you trying new fun things…or going on a solo date with yourself. Doing things on your bucket list, and also travel vlogs (even if they’re just for a weekend). Anyhow wanted to send you so much love & positive energy from Toronto!!💕💕💕

It took me years to get over the guy I was seeing in college but now I enjoy single life & will miss the freedom I have when I do meet someone. I think being single for a while will be a great time for you and the right person will come when you're not even looking for him. I just broke up with my boyfriend of three years (mostly long-distance) and I know it was the right decision, but it's so hard. Similar to your story, we were in a loving, healthy relationship but couldn't make compromises on lifestyle and where geographically we wanted to live. That makes it even harder. Thank you for sharing your experience online. It makes me feel so much less alone and I love the tips on getting closer with friends and asking for help when you need it. It is indeed breakup season hahahah! The eclipses and other recent astrological events have made people prioritize their individual needs and dreams.
