THANK YOU officer Penney! Your courage and commitment to protecting innocent citizens will not ever be forgotten. You don't have to give your life to be a hero. I'm glad we didn't lose you as well on this horrible day. You're an inspiration! 🙏🏼

It's mostly bullshit, if you watch this from 2010 and 2022 interviews, so much doesn't add up. She's just cashing in on it, that's all.

These fighters don’t have the capability to shoot down a slow flying non combat aircraft? They have to kamikaze themselves into the plane to stop it?

John Downs - Apparently they “didn’t have time” to load the fighter with weapons.. Pretty scary to know America can’t deploy one damn fighter jet at a moments notice that is actually armed. How is that possible..

@@matty9699 it takes roughly half an hour to ready a fighter jet to full combat station. The only real solution to such an issue would be to have planes on an 'always ready' station, this would mean having both munition and fuel loaded and the pilots nearby, Today Washington DC always has at least two such jets on standby at any given time. Prior to 911 however this was not the case as no one in charge really considered that someone might hijack a plane and ram it into a target; this is in part because of the fact that pretty much all previous hijacking had been with the intention of having some outside goal (such as collecting a ransom) be achieved through use of the passengers as hostages. Tl:Dr fighters take up to half an hour to full arm unless previously armed and readied. Also such a thing was not standard policy until after 911

Pre-9/11 most planes flying training missions over the continental United States didn’t think there would be a need to load live ordnance on board......

They didn’t have enough time to load the plane with missiles but they should have thei 20 25 or 30mm gun. Air National guards almost never carries middle on them because their missions usually are within US’s coast line. I think this happened after incidents of bombs accidentally dropped on US soil.

There was the Pearl Harbor Attack and the New Pearl Harbor Attack. The first was a sneak attack the later was the 9/11 False Flag "Guided Drone" Attack! There's no way the plane that hit the Pentagon could possibly get through. That plane was flying for some duration after the grounding of all commercial planes on 9/11. It was right in the coastal fighter interceptor net of NORAD. Fighters on alert and capable of being airborne within five minutes. Fighters capable of flying over twice the speed of sound! Any commercial plane flying in that zone were essentially "Dead Ducks" in the air after the grounding of all commercial aircraft! Further...the plane headed for the Pentagon flew unauthorized into Restricted Air Space!! It was a Dead Duck...Slam Dunk deal to SAMs. However, Cheney ordered a stand down confirmed by Secretary Mineta. For those who say he didn't, the authority to shoot down a plane is in the NORAD play book. It does NOT require a verbal approval from the Vice President! WHY wasn't the plane approaching the Pentagon shot down by a surface to air missile?? WHY did the young man say to Cheney "Do the order still stand?" when the plane was 10 miles out from the Pentagon? The young man was challenging his order that was counter to standard operating procedure. Cheney replied "Of course the order still stands. Have you heard anything to the contrary?" See KZread "Cheney gave STAND DOWN ORDER" Another anomaly is that regular Air Force fighters from Langley AFB which is a regular Air Force fighter base were attempting to scramble the plane heading for the Pentagon? The Air Sovereignty Mission was taken over by the Air National Guard from the regular Air Force in the mid 90s. So, what were the dedicated Air Defense fighter intercepters under the Air National Guard and (operational component of NORAD)that were on 5 minute alert status doing on the coast?? Apparently, they were on Stand Down!

The initial ground stop was only for aircraft that had not taken off yet, which was after that particular plane was airborne. Pentagon airspace is not restricted - its 2 miles from a major airport and an incredibly high traffic airspace. There had been no SAM missiles defending the Pentagon since the 60’s. The 2 fighter aircraft that had been scrambled were still chasing known hijacks towards New York, not DC. So what if an intern had asked if the order still stood? What are you saying is the significance of that is?

there were war games that morning. the scenario, intercepting hijacked commercial airliners. what a coincidence that the drill of the exact same scenario took our fighters away. what a sham.

@@Nikonik66 A young official said to Cheney in the Presidential Emergency Operation Center according to Secretary Mineta under oath to Congress..."the plane is 50 miles out...the plane is 30 miles out...the plane is 10 miles out...do the order still stand?" as the aerial vehicle approached the Pentagon. And in the Pentagon which is 2 miles from the White House...they didn't even do an evacuation? Is that criminal negligence?? No...if they had a means to shoot it down using "for example" surface air missiles but they didn't shoot it down! They stood down!! It was a "In House" planned event! Why would someone ask Cheney.."do the order still stand" if they didn't have the means to shoot it down? Why would a young official have to make a verbal confirmation of an order that already existed to shoot any plane suspected to be under the control of a terrorist?

You're the one that's "full of shit". The air force had armed fighters, but none of those would be able to intercept in time since they were all stationed to guard against Russia or Cuba. They could have armed Heathers aircraft. BUT. That would have taken too long. And then she would never have been able to intercept either. She would have been too late.

Yes, amazing that she was able to fly alongside that fateful jet and watch it crash into the ground. Quite the hero. You were ordered to take it out. Instead, you thought maybe your daddy was flying it, or because you would have perished saving thousand of people and our most sacred institutions had it made it rhrough to DC. Would she have shot it down if her jet had been armed? Doesn't sound like she would have. We're all about self-preservation, but when we sign up to defend and protect, we listen to orders, not emotions, not justifications, not fear. I don't know....I'm still trying to figure out why she is making hundreds of thousand of dollars in speeches and books just for flying along and getting some hours in. The heroes in that situation were the passengers. They didn't wait until that flying bomb hit the White House or Congress or whever it was headed. One each into the Trade Centers, one into the Pentagon...Sure, she didn't have any "bullets" and daddy might be on the plane. Why was she up there? Escort? Take pictures? What and where was her endgame?
