Any info about group 2 exam date

Hi sir I needed some guidance regarding TSPSC examination. I was checking the eligibility criteria and I would be falling under non local category. Does it actually make any sense in giving the exam because there is only 5% reservation or vacancy in the unreserved category? For example: In OC-General category if there are 19 vacancies for a post it would mean less than 1 vacancy for non local category. Hence, inspite of being positive, the above stats are extremely impractical to be giving the examination. What would you suggest sir? Thankyou
