✹ I don't use exaggerated words (e.g.: nanoseconds) on my affirmations ☽ in 𝖒𝖞 𝖔𝖕𝖎𝖓𝖎𝖔𝖓, when you use an exaggerated word casually, your conscious will doubt it immediately. I believe it works the same way for our subconscious, making it ignore the affirmation, thinking it's not true, and therefore not getting the desired results.
But 𝖐𝖊𝖊𝖕 𝖎𝖓 𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖉 that my (or any other person's) beliefs aren't your beliefs. If you think it works for you, then it will.
✹ All the affirmations I use are safe, positive and written by myself.
✹ Use them how much and however you want ☽ how loud, how many times, how 𝖜𝖍𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖗 𝖖𝖚𝖊𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝖞𝖔𝖚 𝖒𝖎𝖌𝖍𝖙 𝖍𝖆𝖛𝖊 𝖗𝖊𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊𝖉 𝖙𝖔 𝖚𝖘𝖎𝖓𝖌 𝖎𝖙. You decide it because you are the one listening to it. Do what makes 𝖞𝖔𝖚 comfortable.
