It took me 2 hours to cook it. Chopping so many veggies, then cooking masala then adding asll veggies than 3 whistels atleast, the make masala again and then add it and then cook it again on low flame. How as it quick. 😭😭

Jab bhi mujhe koi item banana ho ya normal kuch v cook krna ho to me sidha bharat bhai ko yad karti hu and apki har ek recipe lajawab banti h ...thank u so much

Cool. You can also steam the paav in a cooker ,without the whistle. That way it will stay softer for a longer period. BTW even in Mumbai ,the paav becomes hard and flops down if kept even for a couple of hours.. So if we need it in the evening ,we buy it only at noon. If it's not fresh from the bakery, it flops.
