what is the tree mix, is it more pine or more spruce? I am thinking of building about 25 cottages so need the wood on site

There is a pine plantation. The majority would be white cedar and spruce from what could see on my viewing of the property.

Probably the best option for remote areas of the state is a cellular modem. The cell signal is pretty good at this location.
