I have a question: How do you obtain the different types of pillars? I only have the wooden pillars, and I really don’t know how to get the other ones.

You need to keep giving Niko some materials, by adding them to his DIY box upstairs. Once you do it, he will give you a new recipe every day, for all the other variations of pillars and counters.

Omg THAT LOOKS SO CUTE! I haven’t unlocked partition walls, pillars and counters yet since i’ve only made 4 vacation homes, but I absolutely love this! I’m so in love with the new ranch items too

How do you decorate your own home the same way you decorate the HHD houses? Is that a feature you get later on?

I was doing it on Harv's Island, but the size of the room is identical to the one you have on your island :) So you can plan the design on Harv's (since it's easier) and then copy the build later

So basically after a certain number of houses are completed in hhp, niko will give you a recipe for the walls and counters.

@@Xalyth8855 its after like 10-12 houses you start learning the counter and pillar recipes. I also had to decorate the café and restaurant before I even unlocked it. Once Niko starts asking for DIY materials (like i said after 10-12 houses) you'll soon unlock them! :)

using a simple panel as a sliding door is absolutely GENIUS

I love the Ranch series so much! It is lovely and so many of these new furnitures are so great looking as well. The counters and columns are amazing as well

This video definitely inspired me to make my house a cafe building, with a small residence upstairs for my living space.. I’ll have to use different assets to match the sub-urban farm theme for my island though. I love speed builds like these that show the process behind it too.

after looking for ages i found out you actually have to keep donating items to mikos little diy box despite him not mentioning it to you :/ that should have you unlock the other diy styles i believe
