You need to go upstairs and leave some materials inside Niko's DIY box. He will eventually start giving you new diy recipes for all the other variations everyday

Thank you for the idea! I paired Alice and Maple as roommates and was fretting over the 2nd storey concept until i saw this! I love it a lot, it's really cute (will do something similar but i'll modify some parts)~ also sherb is one of my favourite villagers!

They come from Niko on Happy Home Paradise. Once you use them in a build, he will then give you the recipe to make them :)

They come from Niko on Happy Home Paradise :) When you keep designing houses & facilities (Hopefully others that I've replied to with see this reply since I forgot to add facilities) - you will be able to design with different counters and pillars once they're available/added - and then, Niko will give you the recipe to make them 💛
