A trick I was taught when making tree areas for the layout. Use odd numbers; 1,3,5...... etc. Great video.

Those blanking plugs may have paths within the PCB board to connect the proper pins. Check continuity before you jump the solder points.

biggest thing with DCC, making sure it's DCC friendly. (old joke)

Used for Holland plastic pellets or concrete

Seems odd to have a 8 pin plug that does nothing and not work as a dc jumper.
