Arm chair guessing here, First like a few mentioned, it appears the right rudder did not move to keep the plane going straight along the runway. Looking at time 2:36, the rudder is straight, without any right hand deflection. Second the aircraft appears a bit tail heavy as it left the ground being a bit pitch sensitive. Third, the wood prop may have been damaged going through the weeds and lost some of its effectiveness resulting in a poor climb out. It looked like a really nice model. The flight should have been aborted as soon and the plane turned away from the asphalt.

Building the new version of this P51 and looking at the instructions I'm thinking he had too much throw for the elivator and ailerons if he set the throws according to the instructions. The instructiuons say 75mm up and 75mm down on the elivator and 45mm up and 45mm down on the ailerons which is way too much. If you want that much you need to increase the expo on the radio very high so it's very soft in the center stick controll. He also staled the plane probably because the elivator had so much elivator applied while taking off. On most simular size planes you would use 20mm up 20mm down on the elivator and 25mm up and 25mm down on the aileron. Then add 40 % expo to soften the middle. -40% on Futaba.
