Hello, Atty. Emma! Thank you so much for your channel, especially this video. Share ko lang po that I am also thinking of moving to CA soon and I also have a law degree din po dito sa Pilipinas so this was really helpful to me. Gusto ko rin mag-aral ulit ‘jan with a law-related course that will help me take necessary exams to practice law there (although long-term goal na ito and hopefully my academic capabilities and financial condition permit me to do so). I aspire to be as academically gifted as you. I am sure you will become a lawyer in Canada! Praying for you and your family’s success and overflowing blessings from God. 😊

Congrats!!! 3 more sems and you’re done. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Yung friend ko na int’l student, nahirapan din sa keyboarding course nya. Pass or Fail lang kasi ung grade tapos hindi rin sya sanay sa proper positioning ng fingers sa keyboard. Awa naman ni Lord at sa tyaga rin, naipasa naman nya. 🙂

Hi Atty. Emma, me and wife has become your fan. We were so inspired with your story especially that I too am taking my law degree and hopefully makatapos and makapasa sa bar. Yes pwede naman po. Nasa pagdedefend nyo lang po ng purpose of study nyo (SOP).

Pwede po ba ma defer ang PGWP? After ng 2 years of studying in Canada ay uuwi muna ng Pilipinas for service obligation then babalik after ma render ang return service. Sana po masagot. Congratulations po!

Hi, eto nakita ko sa ircc website - You have up to 180 days after you graduate to apply for a PGWP. So to answer your question, pdeng hindi mag-apply agad agad, pero you have to do so before mag-lapse ang 180 days.

Hello po, ask ko lang po if pwede pong kumuha ng ibang course na di related sa tinapos mo sa Pinas? Like for example IT grad ka then kumuha po kayo ng course related sa culinary. Sana mapansin po. TY. God Bless 😊

Hello, graduate na po ako nung pumunta. Yes, pwede po kahit HS grad dito. Just consult sa intended school mo ano requirements nila.

abugado po ba kayo sa pinas? isip ko lang po eh bakit di na lang kayo nag apply pr thru federal skilled workers program. so kung di maaprubahan ang pr application ninyo , you are still in your profession in the phils. just wondering kasi mahirap ang international student. anyways, i think you will still get good points on age considering the CRS .

We read somewhere na need pa rin po tapusin schooling. But we can't be sure. You can check po cic.gc.ca for additional info.
