A well-educated lawyer who could have enjoyed his life indefinitely abroad came back to his poor country, India who only wore one cloth (khadi), walked for 380 km, starved for 29 days, never thought to become a party president or even prime minister of the country (could've if wanted to!). And now he is being criticized by an ignorant, uneducated fool (YOU!). Do you even know what was the condition of the country before independence? We were slaves LITERALLY (Try googling Pictures before independence). British divided India!, Gandhi didn't (he didn't have power). We should be glad we at least got freedom. The guy led India to Freedom. Later got killed by the same people who are in power now (Godse i.e. RSS i.e. BJP). RSS, who never participated in the independence of the country instead used to work for Britishers. They are the actual traitors. Get out of your Whatsapp forwards and do some fucking investigation.

It was the same at that time too. Not every one was united. There were people had jobs with handsome pay in British govt. were not part of struggle. Many supported Britishers and that is why we got independence after such long period. Otherwise.
